Director of Communications

The Director of Communications (the Director) is responsible for leading, developing, and implementing a comprehensive communication strategy that will enhance the organization’s visibility, fundraising, reputation, and impact. This position will collaborate closely with internal teams to align communication efforts with organizational objectives, while also managing external relationships with vendors and partners. This position will ensure alignment between policy, impact, and programmatic efforts and communication projects. Institutional Giving Officer

The Institutional Giving Officer is a fundraiser who will identify, cultivate, solicit and steward corporate, foundation and individual donors, focusing on retention and new relationships, through sponsorship, corporate and foundation grants, government grants and workplace giving. They will increase the visibility of Washington STEM through outreach and partnership efforts. Learn more and apply here.

Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will partner directly with the Senior Controller on all things accounting, finance, and compliance, as well as in certain areas of risk management and operations. They will be a thought partner on research and policy development, as well as a key player in execution of the Washington STEM accounting, finance, and compliance functions. The Senior Accountant will also act as an internal resource to all teams on budget analysis, as well as supporting the financial and compliance components of grants management, including administration of the GrantVantage system.
